Is something holding you back from your potential? Whether you're facing new challenges or unhelpful thoughts from the past, I'll help you chart a clear path forward.
I specialize in supporting individuals navigating excessive stress and anxiety, impacts of trauma, and neurodivergent experiences (ADHD & ASD), including veterans and educators. Therapy with me is calm, respectful, and centered on you—no pressure to open up before you’re ready, no lectures, and no psychobabble.
My style is collaborative and grounded in the power of human connection. My practice is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, enriched by tools from Trauma-Sensitive Mindfulness, Narrative Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. More than anything, I focus on helping you feel steady, seen, and supported.
Before opening my private practice, I was a middle school counselor, a crisis‐support volunteer in Asia, and a U.S. Air Force service member for over ten years—much of that time in combat zones. These roles taught me to adapt to evolving situations, stay present in crises, navigate intense stress, and show up with both steadiness and heart when it matters most. These strengths—and others—shape our work together, customized just for you.
Whether you’re brand new to therapy or just haven’t found the right fit yet, we’ll chart your path together and focus on what matters most.
I offer virtual therapy across Colorado and am currently accepting new clients.
