Grievance Policy

Your privacy and satisfaction are our highest priorities. If you believe Grounded Light Counseling’s policies or procedures have not met applicable standards—or if you have any concern about your care—you may submit a grievance verbally or in writing to:

Please include: your name, date of birth (if you’re a current client), best contact information, date/time/location of the incident, any witness names, a description of your concern, and your proposed resolution.

We will confirm we received your grievance (by email or phone) within 5 business days, and provide a written response or resolution within 15 business days. If additional time is needed, we’ll update you with the reason and a new timeline.
