We keep a limited number of need-based sliding-scale spots to reduce cost barriers for self-pay clients. Rates are based on household size & income or a short-term financial hardship.

We are in-network with Aetna and United Healthcare.
You may still be able to use your insurance benefits—many plans offer partial reimbursement for out-of-network providers.
Before scheduling, it’s best to confirm what your plan covers.
You might say:
“Hi, I’m calling to verify outpatient mental-health benefits for telehealth services. Can you help me with these questions?”
Please note: You’re ultimately responsible for verifying your coverage and any charges your insurer doesn’t pay. We will submit claims on your behalf and guide you through understanding your benefits—but we’ll need your accurate insurance details and help in confirming plan specifics so we can assist you effectively.
We accept all major credit cards—processed securely through your SimplePractice client portal.
HSA/FSA cards are also welcome if your plan allows.
To avoid a late-cancel fee, please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a $75 fee.
